Assembling the 650B camp bikes

Below is a bunch of shot in no particular order.

The shots presented are of the parts fitting and assembling of two of a run of three 650B camping bikes made in 2015.

These bike were heavily influenced by the camping bikes made by French builders and Constructeurs of the post-war era. Low BB height, Low trail, thinned and dressed lugs and light yet robust tubing selection were all elements of the bikes design and esthetic. The three frames built were sized 54,55 & 57. Both 54 and 55 had the same tube compositions but the 57 received a thicker butted down tube. Tubes were a selection of appropriate gauges and profiles from Reynolds and Columbus, Lugs were from Richard Saches from his Constucteurs series. The fork crown is the very popular PBP  from Pancenti cycles design. Drop outs, both front and rear are from Paragon Machine Works.  Both the red 54,54(c-c) and the 57 (c-c) bike are still avalible built up or as frameset supplied with 1″ king headsets in silver.

Both priced at $2200 (Frame + Fork, H/set)
